Shipping

We ship orders from New Brunswick, Canada.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and weight. Tracking will be provided when available.

Bulk & Large Orders

Ordering multiple pails, bundles, or a larger quantity?

For large orders, shipping can vary a lot depending on your location and the final package weight. To make sure you get the best possible rate, we may confirm shipping manually before processing.

To request a bulk order quote, contact us through our Contact page with:

  • your postal code

  • the products and quantities you want

We’ll reply with a full total and shipping quote. Payment can be completed by invoice.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened items.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement or solution.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
